13. Governing law and jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are:

  • For disputes relating to medical and surgical activity: the Tunisian courts of Djerba/Medenine
  • For disputes relating to online services and the website between a consumer residing in the European Union and the publisher: subject to European consumer protection rules, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence may have jurisdiction
