The rate starts at €1 per graft (about 3.4 TND) and may vary with the technique selected. A graft holds one to four hairs. The number needed varies with the area to be treated and the target density: it is determined during the consultation, never overstated to inflate the bill.

Follicle-by-follicle extraction with the shaft intact, longer operating time, a technique classified at level 5 of the Jimenez 2026 classification (PMID 41805884): the rate reflects the operating time and expertise involved, not a comfort option. Booking: a 30% deposit secures your surgery date; the balance is settled on the day of the procedure. Payment by card, cash or bank transfer.

The quote is provided in writing before any decision. No graft will be billed beyond what was agreed. In line with ISHRS ethical rules, no numerical result is promised: only an honest medical framework and a transparent price are committed to on paper.

Dr El Cadhi personally performs:
consultation, marking, anaesthesia, FUE extraction, sapphire incisions and DHI implantation.
His medical assistants intervene only for:
post-incision extraction, sorting and trimming of grafts under the microscope, and insertion with the K.E.E.P. implanter into incisions previously opened by the doctor.
Pricing, in plain terms.
What is the price per graft for each technique? +
€1 per graft for FUE (incisions made by the doctor, K.E.E.P. implantation by the assistants), €2 for FUE + DHI (DHI implantation by the doctor), €3 for Long Hair FUE + DHI, with no shaving. Eyebrow transplant: €5 per graft. The total depends on the number of grafts, set out in the written quote provided before the procedure.
How do I know how many grafts I need? +
It is determined during the consultation, after examining the scalp and donor area. An initial remote opinion based on 3 photos (front, vertex, donor area) allows an estimate and a quote within 24 hours, confirmed at the consultation.
What does the quote include, and what does it not? +
It covers the complete surgical procedure performed according to the practice’s protocol, local anaesthesia, single-use equipment, post-operative follow-up and the technologies used (ScalpScan.AI, ForceHT, preservation at 4 °C). It does not include the flight or accommodation, which are arranged separately.
How is the procedure paid for? +
A 30% deposit when the date is booked, the balance on the day of the procedure. The quote is issued in Tunisian dinars for patients living in Tunisia and in euros for everyone else.
Is the consultation charged? +
Yes: 80 TND, not deducted from the quote. It includes the examination, the diagnosis and the costed plan.
Are there extra fees on the day of the procedure? +
No. Everything listed in the quote is included in the per-graft price; nothing is added on the day of the procedure.
Is a second session billed at the same rate? +
Yes: any second session follows the same principle, at the per-graft price of the chosen technique, for the grafts actually implanted.
